香砂六君子汤加减对腹腔镜下全子宫切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨香砂六君子汤加减在腹腔镜下全子宫切除术后患者肠功能恢复中的应用效果。方法选取2021年6月—2024年2月在南通市通州区中医院行腹腔镜下全子宫切除术的82例患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合香砂六君子汤加减治疗,两组均连续治疗3 d。对比两组患者的胃肠功能恢复情况及生化指标。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气时间及首次排便时间分别为(15.60±1.59)h、(40.68±5.30)h、(18.02±1.79)h,均短于对照组的(18.15±1.77)h、(44.43±6.69)h、(20.29±2.78)h,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胃动素、胃泌素、血管活性肠肽及C反应蛋白水平分别为(201.08±11.74)pg/mL、(50.68±5.11)pg/mL、(125.44±15.23)pg/mL、(14.60±2.75)mg/L,均低于对照组(224.65±10.95)pg/mL、(98.96±4.62)pg/mL、(177.02±18.75)pg/mL、(27.21±5.43)mg/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论香砂六君子汤加减可促进腹腔镜下全子宫切除术后患者胃肠功能恢复,改善生化指标水平。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on intestinal function recovery after laparoscopic total hysterectomy.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy in Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nantong City from June 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was treated with modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 days.The gastrointestinal function recovery and biochemical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results The recovery time of bowel sound,the first anal exhaust time and the first defecation time in the observation group were(15.60±1.59)h,(40.68±5.30)h and(18.02±1.79)h,respectively,which were shorter than(18.15±1.77)h,(44.43±6.69)h and(20.29±2.78)h in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin,gastrin,vasoactive intestinal peptide and C-reactive protein in the observation group were(201.08±11.74)pg/mL,(50.68±5.11)pg/mL,(125.44±15.23)pg/mL,(14.60±2.75)mg/L,respectively,which were lower than(224.65±10.95)pg/mL,(98.96±4.62)pg/mL,(177.02±18.75)pg/mL,(27.21±5.43)mg/L in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the level of biochemical indicators after laparoscopic total hysterectomy.
