揿针联合中药热熨治疗痔病术后疼痛患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨掀针联合中药热熨治疗痔病术后疼痛患者的疗效。方法选择南通市海门区中医院2023年1月—2024年6月收治的80例痔病患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用揿针联合中药热熨干预,两组均干预至术后5 d。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、水肿情况及创面愈合情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3 d、5 d,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分、水肿评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后2周,观察组创面面积小于对照组,渗液评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对痔病术后疼痛患者予以揿针联合中药热熨治疗效果确切,可减轻患者术后疼痛,改善其水肿情况,促进其创面愈合。Objective To investigate the curative effect of press needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing on postoperative pain of hemorrhoids disease Patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with hemorrhoids treated in Haimen District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Nantong City from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention,and the observation group was treated with press needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing intervention on the basis of the control group,and the intervention lasted until 5 days after surgery.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,edema and wound healing of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 5 days after operation,the pain Visual Analogue Score and edema score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 2 weeks after operation,the wound area of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and the exudate score was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of press needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot ironing on patients with pain after hemorrhoid disease operation is accurate,which can reduce the postoperative pain,improve edema of patients and promote the wound healing.
