超声波照射联合推拿手法治疗对先天性肌性斜颈患儿头部偏斜角度及关节活动度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨超声波照射联合推拿手法治疗对先天性肌性斜颈(CMT)患儿头部偏斜角度及关节活动度的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年10月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的76例CMT患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采取推拿手法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合超声波照射治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月。对比两组的头部偏斜角度、关节活动度及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组头部偏斜角度均小于治疗前,且观察组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组颈部被动向健侧侧屈角度、颈部被动向患侧旋转角度均大于治疗前,且观察组均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声波照射联合推拿手法可以有效减轻CMT患儿的头部偏斜角度,提高颈部关节活动度。Objective Exploring the effect of ultrasound irradiation combined with massage manipulation therapy on the head deviation angle and joint range of motion in children with congenital muscular torticollis(CMT).Methods Selecting 76 children with CMT admitted to Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Liaocheng City from January 2022 to October 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received massage manipulation therapy,while the observation group combined with ultrasound irradiation therapy on the basis of the control group,both groups received continuous treatment for 3 months.Compare the head deviation angle,joint range of motion,and clinical efficacy between two groups.Results After treatment,the head deviation angle of both groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the passive flexion angle of the neck towards the healthy side and the passive rotation angle of the neck towards the affected side in both groups were greater than those before treatment,and the observation group were greater than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%,which was higher than the 78.95%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound irradiation combined with massage techniques can effectively reduce the head deviation angle and improve the range of motion of neck joints in children with CMT.
