摘　　要：目的探讨目标导向式重复性运动训练联合工作能力强化训练对手外伤患者术后疼痛程度及功能康复的影响。方法选择2021年1月—2024年1月山东省文登整骨医院收治的82例手外伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各41例。对照组采用常规术后康复干预,观察组采用目标导向式重复性运动训练联合工作能力强化训练。比较两组的功能康复状况、手部功能、术后疼痛程度及日常生活能力。结果观察组功能康复优良率为90.24%,高于对照组的70.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组上肢功能障碍评定量表评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疼痛视觉模拟评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,两组Barthel指数评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标导向式重复性运动训练联合工作能力强化训练可促进手外伤患者术后的功能康复,降低术后疼痛程度,提高日常生活能力。Objective Exploring the effect of goal oriented repetitive exercise training combined with work ability enhancement training on postoperative pain level and functional rehabilitation of hand trauma patients.Methods A total of 82 patients with hand trauma admitted to Wendeng Orthopedic Hospital in Shandong Province from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects,using a random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation intervention,while the observation group received goal oriented repetitive exercise training combined with work ability enhancement training.Compare the functional rehabilitation status,hand function,postoperative pain level,and activity of daily living between two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of functional rehabilitation in the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than the 70.73%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the Disabilities of Arm,Shoulder and Hand scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);both groups of the pain Visual Analogue Scale scores were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the Barthel Index scores of both groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Goal oriented repetitive exercise training combined with work ability enhancement training can promote postoperative functional recovery,reduce postoperative pain levels,and improve activity of daily living in patients with hand trauma.
