脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症的临床效果及对患者血脂、肌酸激酶的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症(HL)患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月枣庄市峄城区人民医院收治的80例HL患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组采用脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,两组均持续治疗12周。比较两组的临床疗效、血脂指标、肌酸激酶水平及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组肌酸激酶水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脂必泰胶囊联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗HL的效果确切,可降低血脂,且对肌酸激酶的影响较小,用药安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Zhibitai capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium on patients with hyperlipidemia(HL).Methods A total of 80 patients with HL admitted to Yicheng District People's Hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium,observation group was treated with Zhibitai capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium,both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The clinical efficacy,lipid indicators,creatine kinase level and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the levels of high density lipoprotein cholesterol were higher than those in control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in creatine kinase level between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhibitai capsule combined with atorvastatin calcium is effective in the treatment of HL,can reduce blood lipids,and has little effect on creatine kinase,and has high drug safety.
