双环节协同护理对腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术患者术后康复进程、疼痛程度及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨双环节协同护理对腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术患者术后康复进程、疼痛程度及预后的影响。方法选择2023年5月—2023年11月黔西南州人民医院收治的300例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分对照组与观察组,各150例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用双环节协同护理。对比两组的术后康复进程、疼痛程度、负性情绪、生活质量。结果观察组术后首次排气、首次进食、首次下床活动及住院时间均较对照组短,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后1 d、术后3 d及术后7 d,观察组疼痛视觉模拟评分均较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分分别为(45.27±1.95)分、(42.36±2.10)分,均低于对照组的(50.20±2.19)分、(47.20±2.15)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量综合评定问卷各个维度评分均较对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜下腹股沟疝修补术患者中实施双环节协同护理能够减轻疼痛及负性情绪,加快康复进程,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the impact of dual loop collaborative nursing on the postoperative recovery process,pain degree and prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia.Methods A total of 300 patients with inguinal hernia admitted to Qianxinan People's Hospital from May 2023 to November 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 150 cases.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received dual loop collaborative nursing.Compare the postoperative rehabilitation progress,pain degree,negative emotions,and quality of life between two groups.Results The observation group had shorter postoperative first breath,first meal,first bed activity,and hospital stay compared to the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).On postoperative day 1,postoperative day 3,and postoperative day 7,the pain Visual Analogue Scale of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores on the Self Rating Depression Scale and Self Rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were(45.27±1.95)points and(42.36±2.10)points,respectively,which were lower than(50.20±2.19)points and(47.20±2.15)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the observation group showed higher scores in all dimensions compared to the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing dual loop collaborative nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic repair of inguinal hernia can alleviate pain and negative emotions,accelerate the recovery process,and improve quality of life.
