摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀护理干预在老年多发性骨髓瘤放疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月—2023年1月聊城市东昌府人民医院收治的86例老年多发性骨髓瘤放疗患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用人文关怀护理干预。比较两组患者的放疗并发症发生情况、自我护理能力、疼痛程度、负性情绪及生活质量。结果观察组的放疗并发症发生率为30.23%,低于对照组的53.49%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的自我护理能力测定量表中自我护理技能、自我概念、健康知识、自我责任感评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的世界卫生组织生活质量评定量表简表中环境、社会关系、生理、心理领域评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年多发性骨髓瘤放疗患者接受人文关怀护理干预,可减少相关并发症,提高自我护理能力,持续减轻疼痛,疏解负性情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic care nursing intervention in elderly patients with multiple myeloma underwent radiotherapy.Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with multiple myeloma who received radiotherapy in Dongchangfu People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with humanistic care nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The occurrence of radiotherapy complications,self-care ability,pain degree,negative emotions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of radiotherapy complications in the observation group was 30.23%,which was lower than 53.49%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-care skills,self-concept,health knowledge and self-responsibility in the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain Visual Analogue Scale score,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale Score and Self-Rating Depression Scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the environment,social relations,physiology and psychology field scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief Form Questionnaire scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing intervention for elderly patients with multiple myeloma undergoing radiotherapy can reduce related complications,improve self-care ability,continuously relieve pain,relieve negative e
