基于风险评估的康复护理对老年肾病血液透析患者自护能力、负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于风险评估的康复护理对老年肾病血液透析患者自护能力、负性情绪的影响。方法选取2022年2月—2024年2月惠州卫生职业技术学院附属医院收治的104例老年肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,根据随机排列表法将其分为常规组和研究组,每组52例。常规组采用常规护理,研究组采用基于风险评估的康复护理,两组均连续护理3周。比较两组患者的自护能力、负性情绪、不良事件发生情况。结果护理后,两组修正版自我护理能力评估量表各项评分均高于护理前,且研究组均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分均低于护理前,且研究组均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良事件发生率为3.85%,低于常规组的15.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年肾病血液透析患者实施基于风险评估的康复护理,有助于提高患者的自护能力,改善负性情绪,并能降低不良事件发生率。Objective Exploring the impact of rehabilitation nursing based on risk assessment on self-care ability and negative emotions of elderly kidney disease hemodialysis patients.Methods Selecting 104 elderly kidney disease hemodialysis patients admitted to Huizhou Health Vocational and Technical College Affiliated Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 as the research subjects,according to the random arrangement table method,they were divided into a conventional group and a research group,with 52 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine cnursing,while the research group received rehabilitation nursing based on risk assessment,both groups received continuous nursing for 3 weeks.Compare the self-care ability,negative emotions,and occurrence of adverse events between two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the Appraisal of Self-Care Agency Scale-Revised scores of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the research group were higher than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Hamilton Depression Scale and Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the research group were lower than those of the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the research group was 3.85%,which was lower than 15.38%in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing rehabilitation nursing based on risk assessment for elderly kidney disease hemodialysis patients can help improve their self-care ability,improve negative emotions,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
