摘　　要：目的探讨在脑动脉瘤患者介入治疗中为其提供结构化健康教育联合心理支持干预的价值,并分析该措施对患者希望水平及情绪状态的影响。方法选取滨州医学院附属医院2020年4月—2023年6月收治的50例脑动脉瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组(n=25)采用常规护理,观察组(n=25)采用结构化健康教育联合心理支持干预。比较两组患者的希望水平、情绪状态、自我管理能力、应对方式。结果护理后,观察组Herth希望量表评分为(31.54±5.25)分,高于对照组的(21.88±3.41)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组恐惧视觉模拟评分法、抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自我管理能力测定量表各个维度评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组面对评分高于对照组,屈服、回避评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑动脉瘤患者介入治疗中为其提供结构化健康教育联合心理支持干预措施可提升其自我管理能力及希望水平,亦可改善其对疾病的应对方式及预后效果,值得推广与实施。Objective To explore the value of providing structured health education combined with psychological support intervention for patients with cerebral aneurysm during interventional therapy,and analyze the effect of this measure on the hope level and emotional state of patients.Methods A total of 50 patients with cerebral aneurysm admitted to Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from April 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group(n=25)received routine nursing,and the observation group(n=25)using structured health education combined with psychological support intervention.Compare two groups of patients for hope level,emotional state,self management ability,and coping styles.Results After nursing,the Herth Hope Index score of the observation group was(31.54±5.25)points,which was higher(21.88±3.41)points that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Fear Analogue Visual Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of each dimension of the Enhanced Self-Care Ability Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the confrontation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the yield and avoidance scores were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of structured health education combined with psychological support for patients with cerebral aneurysm during interventional therapy can improve their self-management ability and hope level,and improve their coping style and prognosis of the disease,which is worthy of promotion and
