药食同源桑芝羹调理气阴两虚型老年慢性功能性便秘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察我科开发研制药食同源产品桑芝羹在调理气阴两虚型老年慢性功能性便秘的效果。方法:将83例气阴两虚型老年慢性功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,由于观察过程有退组情况发生,实际观察人数每组均为40例。治疗组给予桑芝羹口服,对照组给予红豆薏仁粉口服。结果:治疗组症状量化积分、中医证候量化积分改善水平均优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组肛管最大收缩压,直肠初始感觉阈值,直肠最大耐受量恢复水平均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:桑芝羹能改善肠道运输能力,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To observe the effect of Sangzhi decoction,a medicinal and edible product developed by our department,on regulating chronic functional constipation in the aged with deficiency of Qi and Yin.Methods:83elderly patients with Qi-Yin deficiency chronic functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The actual number of patients in each group was 40due to the occurrence of group withdrawal during observation.The treatment group was given Sangzhi decoction,and the control group was given red bean coix seed powder.Results:The improvement level of symptom quantization score and TCM syndrome quantization score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the recovery level of anal canal maximum systolic pressure,rectal initial sensory threshold and rectal maximum tolerance in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Sangzhi decoction can improve intestinal transport capacity without obvious adverse reaction.
