姚氏带疱组方联合三步外治法对带状疱疹性神经痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究姚氏带疱组方联合三步外治法对带状疱疹性神经痛患者主观疼痛程度、睡眠质量及T淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:选取2022年7月~2023年7月在本院诊治的90例带状疱疹性神经痛患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分普瑞巴林组、姚氏带疱组,各45例。分析2组患者疗效、疼痛程度、睡眠质量、生活质量、T淋巴细胞亚群水平、炎症因子及不良反应发生情况。结果:姚氏带疱组总有效率高于普瑞巴林组总有效率(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分减小(P<0.05),且姚氏带疱组小于普瑞巴林组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)百分比及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)升高(P<0.05),治疗后2组患者CD8^(+)百分比降低(P<0.05),且姚氏带疱组优于普瑞巴林组(P<0.05)。结论:姚氏带疱组方联合三步外治法治疗带状疱疹性神经痛疗效好,可降低疼痛和炎症反应,提高睡眠质量和生活质量,改善T淋巴细胞亚群水平,安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the effects of Yao's Daipao formula combined with three-step external treatment on subjective pain level,sleep quality,and T lymphocyte subsets in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:From July 2022 to July 2023,90 patients with postherpetic neuralgia diagnosed and treated in our hospital were collected as the study subjects.They were randomly separated into a pregabalin group and a Yao's Daipao formula group based on a random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The efficacy,degree of pain,sleep quality,quality of life,T lymphocyte subsets levels,inflammatory factors,and incidence of untoward reactions were analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the Yao's Daipao formula group was higher than that of the pregabalin group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain visual analogue score(VAS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),and Dermatology Life Quality Index(DLQI)scores of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05),and the Yao's Daipao formula group were smaller than the pregabalin group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentages of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the two groups increased(P<0.05),while the percentage of CD8^(+)in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the Yao's Daipao formula group were better than the pregabalin group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Yao's Daipao formula and pregabalin has a significant therapeutic effect on postherpetic neuralgia,which can effectively reduce pain and inflammatory reactions,improve sleep quality and quality of life,improve T lymphocyte subsets levels,and is safe.
