呋喃妥因联合头孢克肟颗粒治疗儿童复发性尿路感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究呋喃妥因联合头孢克肟颗粒治疗儿童复发性尿路感染的临床效果。方法选取100例符合研究标准的复发性尿路感染患儿,按入院顺序编号(1~100)分组,奇数分为对照组(n=50),偶数分为观察组(n=50)。对照组采用呋喃妥因治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上增加头孢克肟颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿临床指标及家属的疾病知识掌握评分,患儿治疗效果,家属满意度,患儿复发率。结果与对照组的(3.39±0.78)、(4.56±1.24)d比较,观察组患儿的体温恢复正常时间(2.43±0.69)d、住院总时间(3.27±1.15)d明显更短,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。干预前,两组家属的疾病知识掌握评分比较,组间差异不明显(P>0.05);干预后,与对照组的(75.91±5.42)分比较,观察组家属的疾病知识掌握评分(84.99±5.96)分更高,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。与对照组的70.00%比较,观察组患儿的治疗有效率96.00%明显更高,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。与对照组的84.00%比较,观察组家属满意度98.00%明显更高,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。与对照组的14.00%比较,观察组患儿的复发率2.00%更低,组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论呋喃妥因联合头孢克肟颗粒治疗儿童复发性尿路感染的疗效显著,具有很高的抗菌效果,并能明显降低耐药率,且没有显著的毒副作用,具有很好的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of furantoin combined with cefixime granules in the treatment of recurrent urinary tract infections in children.Methods A total of 100 children with recurrent urinary tract infections who met the research criteria were selected,and divided into two groups according to the order of admission(1-100),with odd numbers as the control group(n=50)and even numbers as the observation group(n=50).The control group was treated with furantoin,and the observation group was treated with cefixime granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical indicators,score of family members'mastery of the disease,treatment effect,satisfaction of the family members,and recurrence rate of two groups were compared.Results Compared with(3.39±0.78)and(4.56±1.24)d in the control group,the recovery time of body temperature(2.43±0.69)d and the total hospitalization time(3.27±1.15)d in the observation group were significantly shorter,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the score of family members'mastery of the disease between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,compared with(75.91±5.42)points in the control group,the observation group had a higher score of family members'mastery of the disease(84.99±5.96)points,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Compared with 70.00%in the control group,the observation group had a higher effective rate of treatment(96.00%),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Compared with 84.00%in the control group,the satisfaction of the family members in the observation group was significantly higher at 98.00%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Compared with 14.00%in the control group,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower at 2.00%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of furantoin and cefixime granules can significantl
