摘　　要：本研究对1例长期使用肠外营养后出现获得性锌缺乏症的成年患者治疗方案进行分析,并结合文献报告的病例特点进行复习,发现该患者因长期使用肠外营养治疗出现获得性锌缺乏症后,表现为肠病性肢端皮炎(AE),在经过治疗后症状有所缓解。同时,获得性锌缺乏症发生后需及时处理,长期使用肠外营养需密切监测不良反应与疗效,以便及时调整患者的治疗方案。This study analyzes the treatment plan of an adult patient with acquired zinc deficiency after long-term use of parenteral nutrition,and literature review is conducted based on the characteristics of the reported case.It is found that this patient has acquired zinc deficiency due to long-term use of parenteral nutrition treatment,manifested as acrodermatitis enteropathica(AE),and symptoms has been improved after treatment.At the same time,acquired zinc deficiency needs to be treated in a timely manner after its occurrence,and the long-term use of parenteral nutrition needs to be closely monitored for adverse effects and efficacy,in order to adjust the patient's treatment plan in a timely manner.
