摘　　要：目的比较改良Aldrete评分和React评分评估全身麻醉复苏期患者麻醉复苏的效果。方法选取2021年1月—2023年6月右江民族医学院附属医院收治的160例全身麻醉手术后麻醉复苏期患者作为研究对象,根据不同麻醉复苏评估方式分为观察组和对照组,各80例。观察组采用React评分评估麻醉复苏效果,对照组采用改良Aldrete评分评估麻醉复苏效果。比较两组患者麻醉后监护室(PACU)滞留时间及拔除气管插管后麻醉复苏期并发症发生情况。结果观察组PACU滞留时间长于对照组;拔除气管插管后麻醉复苏期,观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与改良Aldrete评分比较,应用React评分评估麻醉复苏的全身麻醉复苏期患者PACU滞留时间较长,但拔除气管插管后麻醉复苏期并发症发生率较低。Objective To compare the effects of modified Aldrete score and React score in evaluating anesthesia recovery of patients during general anesthesia recovery period.Methods A total of 160 patients with anesthesia recovery period after general anesthesia surgery admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different anesthesia recovery evaluation methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The React score was used to evaluate the effect of anesthesia recovery in the observation group,and the modified Aldrete score was used to evaluate the effect of anesthesia recovery in the control group.The retention time in the post-anesthetic care unit(PACU)after anesthesia and the incidence of complications during anesthesia recovery after extubation were compared between the two groups.Results The retention time of PACU in the observation group was longer than that in the control group;during the anesthesia recovery period after extubation,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with the modified Aldrete score,the PACU retention time of patients with general anesthesia recovery evaluated by React score is longer,but the incidence of complications during anesthesia recovery after extubation is lower.
