摘　　要：肺肉瘤样癌(PSC)是一种由上皮细胞及间叶组织混合形成的恶性肿瘤,有癌和肉瘤样成分并存的特征,且具有发病率低和诊断困难的特点。本文结合相关文献,对新疆生产建设兵团第一师医院收治的1例PSC合并腺癌患者的临床、影像学及病理学特征进行分析,旨在加强临床医生对PSC的认识,使其更好地掌握PSC临床、影像学和病理学特征,尽早诊断和综合治疗,从而改善PSC患者预后。Pulmonary sarcomatoid carcinoma(PSC)is a malignant tumor formed by a mixture of epithelial cells and mesenchymal tissues.It has the characteristics of coexistence of cancer and sarcomatoid components,and has the characteristics of low incidence and difficult diagnosis.In this paper,the clinical,imaging and pathological features of 1 patient with PSC complicated with adenocarcinoma admitted to the First Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps were analyzed.The aim was to strengthen the understanding of PSC by clinicians,so that they could better grasp the clinical,imaging and pathological features of PSC,early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment,so as to improve the prognosis of PSC patients.
