术前应用间苯三酚辅助老年输尿管结石患者输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评估术前应用间苯三酚辅助老年输尿管结石患者输尿管镜钬激光碎石术的效果。方法选取2018年1月—2023年3月在天水市第一人民医院就诊的80例老年输尿管结石患者,根据治疗方法不同将其分为试验组和对照组各40例。对照组术前未接受药物干预,试验组术前15 min使用间苯三酚。两组患者均接受输尿管镜钬激光碎石术。观察并比较两组患者碎石效果、手术时间、术后血尿持续时间及并发症发生情况。结果试验组碎石总有效率为95.0%,对照组为85.0%,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组手术时间与术后血尿持续时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率为7.5%,低于对照组的27.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前应用间苯三酚能明显缩短老年输尿管结石患者输尿管镜钬激光碎石术手术时间,缩短术后血尿持续时间,降低并发症发生率。Objective To evaluate the effect of preoperative application of Phloroglucinol assisted ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in elderly patients with ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with ureteral calculi who were treated in Tianshui First People's Hospital from January 2018 to March 2023 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group did not receive drug intervention before operation,and the experimental group used Phloroglucinol 15 min before operation.Both groups of patients underwent ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The lithotripsy effect,operation time,postoperative hematuria duration and complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of lithotripsy was 95.0%in the experimental group and 85.0%in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The operation time and postoperative hematuria duration in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group had lower total incidence of complications as 7.5%than 27.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative application of Phloroglucinol can significantly shorten the operation time of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in elderly patients with ureteral calculi,shorten the duration of postoperative hematuria,and reduce the incidence of complications.
