茶碱联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗老年哮喘患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨茶碱联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗老年哮喘患者的临床效果。方法选取2023年3月—2024年2月霍邱县第二人民医院收治的94例老年哮喘患者,按不同治疗方法分为茶碱组和常规组,各47例。常规组给予小剂量糖皮质激素治疗,茶碱组在常规组基础上加用茶碱。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗30 d后,茶碱组治疗总有效率和用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))和FEV_(1)/FVC高于常规组,各项症状评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α、转化生长因子-β_(2)和白细胞介素-6水平低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论茶碱联合小剂量糖皮质激素治疗老年哮喘患者,可提高临床效果,缓解临床症状,改善肺功能,调节体内炎症反应,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Theophylline combined with low-dose Glucocorticoid in the treatment of elderly patients with asthma.Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with asthma were selected in the Second People's Hospital of Huoqiu from March 2023 to February 2024,and they were divided into Theophylline group and conventional group according to different treatment methods,47 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with low-dose Glucocorticoid,and the Theophylline group was treated with Theophylline on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After 30 days of treatment,the total effective rate,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC in Theophylline group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the symptom scores,tumor necrosis factor-α,transforming growth factor-β_(2)and interleukin-6 levels were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions Theophylline combined with low-dose Glucocorticoid in the treatment of elderly patients with asthma can improve the clinical effect,relieve the clinical symptoms,improve lung function,regulate the inflammatory response in vivo,and has high safety.
