苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年5月于北京市密云区大城子镇社区卫生服务中心就诊的99例高血压患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=49)。对照组给予厄贝沙坦治疗,观察组给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血压水平和生化指标水平,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、肌酐和尿素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在高血压患者的治疗中,应用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平能够提高临床效果,稳定血压水平,还可改善肾功能,且具有较高安全性。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Levamlodipine Besylate in the treatment of hypertension.Methods A total of 99 patients with hypertension who were treated in Beijing Miyun District Dachengzi Town Community Health Service Center from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=49)by random number table method.The control group received Irbesartan,while the observation group was administered Levamlodipine Besylate.The clinical efficacy,blood pressure level and biochemical index level before and after treatment,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,creatinine and urea levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The application of Levamlodipine Besylate in the treatment of hypertensive patients can enhance clinical efficacy,stabilize blood pressure level,improve renal function,and has high safety.
