摘　　要：目的观察痰热清注射液联合支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗痰热郁肺型支气管扩张症伴感染的临床效果。方法选取2022年6月—2023年9月广州市中西医结合医院收治的痰热郁肺型支气管扩张症伴感染患者60例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。对照组给予常规对症支持治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予痰热清注射液静脉滴注及支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前有所下降,且观察组低于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访14 d,两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论痰热清注射液联合支气管肺泡灌洗术治疗痰热郁肺型支气管扩张症伴感染患者的临床效果显著,可减少临床症状,且不会增加不良反应发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of bronchiectasis with infection of phlegm heat obstructing lung type.Methods From June 2022 to September 2023,60 patients with bronchiectasis complicated with infection of phlegm heat obstructing lung type admitted to Guangzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine were selected and divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional symptomatic supportive treatment,and the observation group was given Tanreqing Injection intravenous drip combined with bronchoalveolar lavage on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group;the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions The clinical effect of Tanreqing Injection combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis complicated with infection of phlegm heat obstructing lung type is significant,which can reduce the clinical symptoms and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
