补中益气汤辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨补中益气汤辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的临床效果。方法选取2023年1—12月济南市钢城区人民医院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组采用常规治疗^(+)沙美特罗替卡松吸入粉雾剂吸入治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气汤辅助治疗。比较两组治疗前与治疗1个月后肺功能、炎症因子和免疫功能,以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况及随访6个月复发情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气峰值流速、CD3^(+)水平、CD4^(+)水平和CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α和CD8^(+)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月后,观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者效果显著,可增强肺功能及免疫功能,改善炎症并减少复发可能,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 60 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to Jinan Gangcheng District People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional therapy^(+)Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation inhalation therapy;the observation group was treated with supplemental therapy of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The lung function,inflammatory factor and immune function before treatment and after 1 month of treatment,as well as the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence after 6 months of follow-up were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 month of treatment,the forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow rate,CD3^(+)level,CD4^(+)level,and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of C reactive protein,interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α,and CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05),and after 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has a significant effect in the adjuvant treatment of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can improve lung function and immune function,improve inflammation and reduce the possibility of recurrence,and has a good safety profile.
