1例晚期直肠癌伴阴囊蜂窝组织炎患者的安宁疗护

摘　　要：安宁疗护逐渐成为疾病终末期患者常见的护理模式,本文报道1例晚期直肠癌伴阴囊蜂窝组织炎患者的安宁疗护,护理人员将安宁疗护理念应用到临床实践中,为患者提供身体、心理、社会和灵性的全方位照护,患者在医护人员与家属陪伴下,于接受安宁疗护1个月后安然离世,家属平静接受,患者离世时身体整洁,完成优逝。本文总结该例安宁疗护的经验,以期为临床开展安宁疗护提供参考。Hospice care has gradually become a common nursing mode for patients with end-stage disease.This paper reports the hospice care of a patient with advanced rectal cancer and scrotal cellulitis.The nursing staff applied the concept of hospice care to clinical practice and provided patients with physical,psychological,social and spiritual comprehensive care.The patient,accompanied by medical staff and family members,passed away peacefully one month after receiving hospice care.The family members calmly accepted that the patient's body was clean and tidy at the time of death and completed the good death.This article summarizes the experience of this case of hospice care,in order to provide reference for clinical hospice care.
