精神健康复元护理对双相情感障碍患者治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精神健康复元护理对双相情感障碍患者治疗效果的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月常州市德安医院精神科收治的双相情感障碍患者76例,采用SPSS 23.0软件随机数生成模块将其随机分为观察组与对照组,各38例,其中观察组与对照组分别有1例和4例脱落,最终纳入患者观察组37例、对照组34例。两组患者均给予双相情感障碍规范化药物治疗。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予精神健康复元护理。比较两组患者护理前后贝克-拉范森躁狂量表(BRMS)、17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、一般自我效能量表(GSES)和自我和谐量表(SCCS)评分情况。结果护理8周后,两组患者BRMS和HAMD-17评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;观察组SDSS和SCCS评分低于护理前,GSES评分高于护理前,且观察组SDSS和SCCS评分低于对照组,GSES评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对双相情感障碍患者实施精神健康复元护理,不仅有利于患者躁狂与抑郁症状改善,还可有效提升患者的社会功能与自我效能感,促进自我和谐。Objective To explore the effect of mental health recovery nursing on the treatment of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods A total of 76 patients with bipolar disorder admitted to the Department of Psychiatry of Changzhou De'an Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group by SPSS 23.0 software random number generation module,with 38 cases in each group,of which 1 case in the observation group and 4 cases in the control group fell out,and 37 cases in the observation group and 34 cases in the control group were finally included.Patients in both groups were given standardised drug therapy for bipolar disorder.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given mental health recovery nursing on the basis of the control group.The scores of the Bech-Rafaelsen Manic Rating Scale(BRMS),the 17-Item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17),the Social Deficit Screening Scale(SDSS),the General Self Efficacy Scale(GSES),and the Self-Consistency and Congruence Scale(SCCS)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After 8 weeks of nursing,the BRMS and HAMD-17 scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The SDSS and SCCS scores in the observation group were lower than those before nursing and the GSES scores were higher than those before nursing care,and the SDSS and SCCS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the GSES scores were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The implementation of mental health recovery nursing for patients with bipolar disorder is not only conducive to the improvement of manic and depression symptoms,but also effectively improves patients'social function and self-efficacy,and promotes self-harmony.
