助产士主导的家庭陪伴式产房护理应用于初产妇分娩的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨助产士主导的家庭陪伴式产房护理应用于初产妇分娩的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年6月菏泽医学专科学校附属医院收治的90例初产妇作为研究对象,根据不同护理方式分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组采取常规产房护理,观察组采取助产士主导的家庭陪伴式产房护理,比较两组分娩情况、焦虑和抑郁情况、护理满意度和不良妊娠结局发生情况。结果护理后,观察组剖宫产率、焦虑自评量表评分、抑郁自评量表评分和不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组,自然分娩率、护理满意度各项评分及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论助产士主导的家庭陪伴式产房护理应用于初产妇分娩中,有助于提高自然分娩率,减少初产妇的焦虑和抑郁等负面情绪,提高护理满意度,并减少不良妊娠结局的发生。Objective To explore the effect of midwives-led family accompanied delivery room nursing in the delivery of primiparas.Methods A total of 90 primiparas admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine delivery room nursing,while the observation group was given midwives-led family accompanied delivery room nursing.The delivery situation,anxiety and depression,nursing satisfaction and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the cesarean section rate,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale score,Self-Rating Depression Scale score and total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the natural delivery rate,nursing satisfaction scores and total scores were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of midwivesled family accompanied delivery room nursing in the delivery of primiparas is helpful to improve the rate of natural delivery,reduce the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression of primiparas,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
