云在端康复体系下在改善心肌梗死PCI术后患者心功能指标的观察

摘　　要：目的:探究基于胸痛中心云在端康复体系下心脏康复模式应用于急性心肌梗死经皮冠状动脉介入术(Percutaneous Coronary Intervention,PCI)后患者效果。方法:选取郑州大学附属郑州中心医院2021年7月至2023年7月期间93例在胸痛中心救治的急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者,根据抽签法分组。对照组46例给予常规康复指导,观察组47例增加基于胸痛中心云在端康复体系下心脏康复模式,干预三个月对比心功能指标:每搏输出量(Stroke volume,SV)、左心室射血分数(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(Left Ventricular End-Diastolic Diameter,LVEDD);血脂指标:总胆固醇(Total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C);运动耐力:无氧阈(Anaerobic threshold,AT)、最大摄氧量(Maximal oxygen uptake,VO_(2)max)、六分钟步行距离(Six-minute walking distance,6MWD)及康复锻炼依从性。结果:干预三个月,观察组干预后总依从率、SV、HDL-C、6MWD、AT、VO_(2)max、LVEF水平较对照组高,观察组LVEDD、TG、TC、LDL-C明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者应用基于胸痛中心云在端康复体系下心脏康复模式加以干预,可有效提高其康复锻炼依从性和运动耐力,调节血脂状态,促进心功能恢复正常。Objective:To explore the effects of cardiac rehabilitation model based on the central cloud of chest pain under the terminal rehabilitation system in patients with acute myocardial infarction after Percutaneous Coronary Intervention(PCI).Methods:A total of 93 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated after PCI in the chest pain Center of Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected and grouped according to the lottery method.The control group(46 cases)was given routine rehabilitation guidance,and the observation group(47 cases)added the cardiac rehabilitation mode based on the cloud in the center of chest pain rehabilitation system,and compared the cardiac function indicators for three months of intervention:Stroke volume(SV),Left ventricular ejection fraction,left ventricular ejection fraction,(LVEF),Left Ventricular End-Diastolic Diameter(LVEDD);Blood lipid index:Total cholesterol(TC),Triglyceride(TG),High density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),Low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C);Exercise endurance:Anaerobic threshold(AT),Maximal oxygen uptake(VO_(2)max),Six-minute walking distance(6MWD)and compliance for rehabilitation exercise.Results:After three months of intervention,the total compliance rate,SV,HDL-C,6MWD,AT,VO_(2)max and LVEF levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and LVEDD,TG,TC and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cardiac rehabilitation mode based on chest pain center cloud in the end rehabilitation system in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI can effectively improve their rehabilitation exercise compliance and exercise endurance,regulate blood lipid status,and promote the recovery of cardiac function.
