摘 要:目的:分析多样化全程健康教育护理模式干预在腰椎管狭窄症手术中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月我院收治的150例腰椎管狭窄症手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为多样化组和对照组,各75例。对照组接受常规护理,多样化组在此基础上接受多样化全程健康教育护理模式干预。比较两组腰椎功能障碍状况[日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(Japanese orthopaedic association scores,JOA)]、疾病知识掌握情况、遵医率、心理弹性[Wagnild-Young心理弹性量表(Resilience scale 11,RS-11)]、生活质量[生活质量综合评定问卷-74(Generic quality of life inventory 74,GQOL-74)]。结果:干预后多样化组JOA、RS-11、GQOL-74评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);多样化组疾病知识掌握度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);多样化组遵医率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);结论:对腰椎管狭窄症手术患者实施多样化全程健康教育护理模式干预,能改善疾病知识掌握情况,促进腰椎功能康复,提高遵医率、心理弹性和生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of diversified whole-course health education nursing mode intervention in lumbar spinal stenosis surgery.Methods:A total of 150 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a diversification group and a control group according to a random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the diverse group received diversified whole-course health education and nursing mode intervention on this basis.The status of lumbar dysfunction[Japanese Orthopaedic Association Evaluation Treatment Score(JOA)],disease knowledge,compliance rate,mental resilience[Wagnild-Young Mental Resilience Scale(RS-11)]and quality of life[Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOL-74)]were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of JOA,RS-11 and GQOL-74 in the diversified group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Knowledge of the disease was significantly higher in the diversified group than in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of diverse group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of diversified whole-course health education and nursing intervention for patients undergoing surgery for lumbar spinal stenosis can improve disease knowledge,lumbar function,compliance rate,psychological resilience and quality of life.
