散结灵胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤对患者血流指标和性激素的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究在亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤患者的基础上,增加散结灵胶囊治疗对其肌瘤与子宫体积、血液流变学指标、性激素指标及不良反应的影响。方法:选取2022年10月至2023年10月南阳医专第一附属医院妇科收治的90例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,各45例。参照组患者接受亮丙瑞林治疗,试验组患者在参照组的基础上联合口服散结灵胶囊治疗,治疗周期为3 m。对两组患者治疗前及治疗2、3 m后肌瘤与子宫体积,治疗前后血液流变学指标[全血低切黏度(Blood viscosity low,BVL)、红细胞聚集指数(Red blood cell aggregation index,AI)、全血高切黏度(Blood viscosity high,BVH)、红细胞压积(Hematocrit,HCT)]水平、类胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平,以及性激素指标[雌二醇(Estradiol,E_(2))、卵泡生成激素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、孕酮(Progesterone,P)、黄体生成素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)]水平,治疗期间胃肠道反应、乳房胀痛、乏力发生情况进行比较分析。结果:治疗2、3m后,两组肌瘤体积、子宫体积均明显缩小,且试验组明显小于参照组;治疗后,两组患者BVL、AI、BVH、IGF-1、VEGF、IL-6、E_(2)、FSH、P、LH水平均明显降低,且试验组明显低于参照组;两组HCT明显升高,且试验组明显高于参照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间的不良反应总发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:采用散结灵胶囊联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫肌瘤患者可缩小肌瘤与子宫体积,改善血液流变学指标,降低体内炎症的分泌,调整性激素水平,联合用药安全可靠。Objective:To explore the effects of adding Sanjieling capsule to the treatment of leiprorelin on fibroid and uterine volume,hemorheology index,sex hormone index and adverse reactions.Methods:A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to the gynecology department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the reference group and the experimental group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the reference group received leuprelin treatment,and patients in the experimental group were combined with oral Sanjieling capsule on the basis of the reference group.The treatment cycle was 3 months.Myoma and uterine volume were compared between the two groups before treatment and 2 and 3 months after treatment,hemorheology indexes before and after treatment[Blood viscosity low(BVL),Red blood cell aggregation index(AI),Blood viscosity high(BVH),Hematocrit(HCT)]level,insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),Interleukin-6(IL-6)level,and sex hormone indicators[Estradiol(E_(2)),Follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),Progesterone(P)],Luteinizing hormone(LH)level,gastrointestinal reaction,breast tenderness and fatigue during treatment were compared and analyzed.Results:After 2 and 3 months of treatment,the fibroid volume and uterine volume of both groups were significantly reduced,and the experimental group was significantly smaller than the reference group.After treatment,the levels of BVL,AI,BVH,IGF-1,VEGF,IL-6,E_(2),FSH,P and LH in 2 groups were significantly decreased,and the test group was significantly lower than the reference group.HCT was significantly increased in both groups,and the experimental group was significantly higher than the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sanjiuling capsule combined with leuprelin in the treatment
