电刺激结合维生素E、曼月乐对子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛患者的镇痛效果和复发分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨电刺激结合维生素E、曼月乐对子宫内膜异位症盆腔疼痛患者的镇痛效果和复发情况。方法:选择2021年1月至2023年12月期间在我院接受治疗的子宫内膜异位症患者90例,随机分为对照组和观察组(各45例)。所有患者施以曼月乐治疗,对照组在此治疗的基础上结合维生素E口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合电刺激治疗。比较两组临床疗效、性功能及治疗前后疼痛程度与生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组临床总有效率和性功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组性交痛及盆腔疼痛评分均有所下降,观察组效果更为显著(P<0.05);两组痛经评分比较无明显差异。经治疗两组各项生活质量评分均有所升高,观察组效果更为显著(P<0.05)。治疗后3m内观察组复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论:电刺激结合维生素E、曼月乐在子宫内膜异位症的治疗中效果确切,可有效减轻患者盆腔疼痛,促进性功能恢复,改善患者生活质量并降低复发率。Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect and recurrence of electrical stimulation combined with vitamin E and Manchester in patients with pelvic pain.Methods:90 endometriosis patients treated in The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanyang Medical College from January 2021 to December 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group(45 cases in each group).All the patients were treated with manchester.The control group combined vitamin E oral treatment based on this basic treatment,and the observation group combined with electrical stimulation treatment on the basis of control groups.The clinical efficacy,sexual function and pain level and quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical response rate and sexual function scores were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The pain and pelvic pain scores in both groups were decreased,and the effect was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in dysmenorrhea scores between the two groups.The life quality scores were increased in both groups,and the effect was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group within 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electrical stimulation combined with vitamin E and Manchester in the treatment of endometriosis can effectively reduce pelvic pain,promote the recovery of sexual function,improve the quality of patient life and reduce the recurrence rate.
