眉下缘切口上睑皮肤松弛矫正术治疗中重度上睑皮肤松弛的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探究眉下缘切口上睑皮肤松弛矫正术治疗中重度上睑皮肤松弛的临床价值。方法:选取2020年4月至2023年9月期间本院收治的68例中重度上睑皮肤松弛患者作为研究对象。随机将患者分为对照组和研究组,每组各34例。对照组行重睑成形术;研究组行眉下缘切口上睑皮肤松弛矫正术。术后分析比较两组的满意度、皮肤松弛改善状况如重睑褶皱和眦处睑缘距离(Lateral canthus margin-fold distance,LCMFD)、重睑褶皱和角膜内睑缘距离(Medial corneal margin-fold distance,MCMFD)、睑缘-角膜映光点距离(Margin regles distance,MRD)、疼痛程度、并发症。结果:术后1 m、3 m,研究组的满意度、LCMFD、MCMFD、MRD指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组术后3 d、术后6 d、术后9 d的疼痛评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:中重度上睑皮肤松弛患者行眉下缘切口上睑皮肤松弛矫正术能提高患者满意度,改善皮肤松弛状况,降低术后疼痛程度,且安全性较好。Objective:To explore the clinical value of the correction of moderate to severe upper eyelid skin laxity using the sub-eyebrow incision.Methods:Sixty-eight patients with moderate to severe upper eyelid skin laxity admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to September 2023 were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 34 cases in each group.In the control group,blepharoplasty was performed;in the study group,upper eyelid skin laxity was corrected by incision at the lower edge of the eyebrow.After surgery,the satisfaction,improvement of skin laxity,such as the distance between the folds of the double eyelid and the lateral canthus margin-fold distance(LCMFD),the distance between the folds of the double eyelid and the medial corneal margin-fold distance(MCMFD),the distance between the margin and the corneal reflection point(MRD),the degree of pain,and complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 month and 3 months after surgery,the satisfaction,LCMFD,MCMFD,and MRD indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group at 3,6,and 9 days after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The lower brow margin incision can improve the satisfaction of patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation,improve patient satisfaction,improve skin relaxation,reduce postoperative pain,and have good safety.
