摘 要:目的:探讨三维超声检查在冠心病介入前后心肌运动及心功能评估中的作用。方法:选取2020年3月至2024年4月本院收治的冠心病患者共154例作为研究对象。所有患者均分别进行冠状动脉造影(Coronary Angiography,CAG)检查、二维超声检查和三维超声检查。对比三种检查的心肌运动同步性指标、心功能以及测量所需时间。结果:三维超声治疗前、后的Tmsv-16Dif、Tmsv-16SD、Tmsv-12Dif、Tmsv-12SD、Tmsv-6Dif、Tmsv-6SD均显著低于二维超声检查和CAG检查(P<0.05)。治疗后,三维超声的左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEF)显著高于二维超声检查和CAG检查,且左室舒张末期容积(Left Ventricular End-Diastolic Volume,LVEDV)、左心室收缩末期容积(Left Ventricular End-Systolic Volume,LVESV)均显著低于二维超声、CAG检查(P<0.05)。三维超声测量所需时间显著短于二维超声检查、CAG检查(P<0.05)。结论:三维超声检查在冠心病介入前后中的作用显著,能准确对患者心肌运动及心功能进行评估,且测量分析所用时间较短。Objective:To investigate the role of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the evaluation of myocardial movement and cardiac function before and after coronary intervention.Methods:154 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects.All patients underwent CAG examination,2D ultrasonography and 3D ultrasonography respectively.Myocardial motor synchronicity,cardiac function and measurement time were compared among the three tests.Results:The levels of Tmsv-16Dif,Tmsv-16SD,Tmsv-12Dif,Tmsv-12SD,Tmsv-6Dif and Tmsv-6SD before and after three-dimensional ultrasonography were significantly lower than those of two-dimensional ultrasonography and CAG(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF of three-dimensional ultrasonography was significantly higher than that of two-dimensional ultrasonography and CAG,and LVEDV and LVESV were significantly lower than that of two-dimensional ultrasonography and CAG(P<0.05).The time required for three-dimensional ultrasonography was significantly shorter than that for two-dimensional ultrasonography and CAG examination(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three-dimensional ultrasonography plays a significant role in the evaluation of myocardial movement and cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease before and after interventional intervention,and the measurement and analysis time is short.
