神经根型颈椎病患者应用温经通脉壮骨汤联合循经走罐法治疗的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经根型颈椎病患者应用温经通脉壮骨汤联合循经走罐法治疗的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月-2023年12月期间本院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者106例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组与研究组,每组各53例。对照组采用循经走罐法治疗;研究组在对照组基础上口服温经通脉壮骨汤联合治疗。分析比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛程度、颈椎功能及生活质量。结果:研究组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的疼痛程度整体较对照组显著减轻,轻度疼痛占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1 m,两组颈部功能障碍指数(Neck Disability Index,NDI)评分均下降,且研究组的NDI评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1 m,两组的日常生活功能评定量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)评分均比治疗前显著升高,且研究组的ADL评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温经通络壮骨汤联合循经走罐法治疗神经根型颈椎病,可提高整体疗效,减轻患者疼痛感,提高颈椎功能,改善患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Wenjing Tongmai Zhuanggu Decoction combined with channeling and canning therapy on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods:106 patients with cervical radiculopathy treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with channeling and cupping.On the basis of the control group,the study group was treated with the combination of oral Wenjing Tongmai Zhuanggu decoction.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,cervical spine function and quality of life of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pain degree of the study group was significantly reduced than that of the control group,and the proportion of mild pain was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the Neck Disability Index(NDI)score of both groups decreased,and the NDI score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score of both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,and the ADL score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing Tongluo Zhuanggu Decoction combined with channeling and cupping therapy in the treatment of cervical radiculopathy can improve the overall curative effect,relieve the pain,improve the function of cervical vertebra and improve the quality of life of patients.
