佳木斯地区大风特征及风险区划研究

摘  要:利用2017-2021年常规气象资料分析佳木斯地区大风的时空变化特征、极端性特点,并根据自然灾害风险理论构建佳木斯地区大风灾害风险评估指标体系,进行大风风险区划。研究表明:佳木斯地区年平均大风日数为15.6 d,桦南县最多,达到36.8 d;大风多发生在春秋季,峰值分别为3-5月和9-11月;佳木斯地区极大风风速超过大风蓝色预警阈值次数远远多于平均风风速超过阈值次数;平均风风速达到预警标准时,极大风风速也会达到预警标准;佳木斯地区大风灾害桦南县风险最高;孕灾环境高敏感区位于佳木斯地区南部;富锦市由于人口和经济等原因,承灾体易损性风险最高。The regular meteorological data from 2017 to 2021 are used to analyze the spatiotemporal variation characteristics and early warning characteristics of gales in Jiamusi region,according to the natural disaster risk theory,the gale disaster risk assessment index system in Jiamusi area is constructed to carry out the gale risk zoning.The research shows that the annual average number of gale days in Jiamusi area is 15.6 days,and Huanan County has the most,reaching 36.8 days;strong winds mostly occur in spring and autumn,with peaks from March to May and September to November respectively;the number of maximum wind speed exceeding the blue warning threshold is much more than the average wind speed exceeding the threshold.When the average wind speed reaches the warning standard,the maximum wind speed will also reach the warning standard;Huanan County has the highest risk;The high-sensitivity area of the disaster-pregnant environment is located in the southern part of the Jiamusi region.Due to factors such as population and economy,Fujin City has the highest vulnerability risk of disaster-bearing bodies.
