摘 要:对水性聚丙烯酸酯树脂进行稀释处理,采用不同方法预处理装饰原纸,分析了未稀释与稀释水性聚丙烯酸酯树脂在装饰原纸中的渗透行为,并比较了未稀释树脂在不同方法预处理装饰原纸中的渗透性。结果表明,将水性聚丙烯酸酯树脂稀释2倍之后,其在装饰原纸中的渗透距离和渗透速率明显提升。装饰原纸经过表面压光处理或饱和水蒸气处理,水性聚丙烯酸酯树脂在装饰原纸中的横向渗透距离和渗透速率提高,但是纵向渗透距离和渗透速率无明显变化。装饰原纸经过等离子处理后表面羧基增加,渗透性明显提高。将浸渍树脂稀释、装饰原纸预处理后,浸渍装饰纸的抗张强度和断裂伸长率都有所提高,但是等离子处理后的纸张表面接触角降低。其中,树脂稀释和等离子处理,是一种提高水性聚丙烯酸酯在装饰原纸中渗透性的有效手段,有利于浸渍装饰纸无醛化的高质量发展。This study diluted waterborne polyacrylate resin and alsopre-modified the decorative base paper with different surface treatments.The permeability behavior of waterborne polyacrylate resin before and after dilution in decorative base papers were analyzed.Besides,the comparisons among permeability of resin before dilution in different decorative base papers were made.The results showed that after diluting the waterborne polyacrylate resin by two times,the permeability distance and penetration rate of the resin on the decorative base paper significantly increased.Surface calendaring or saturated steam treatment of the decorative base paper could increase the transverse permeability distance and permeability rate of resin in the decorative base paper,but there was no significant change in the longitudinal permeability distance and rate.After plasma treatment of the decorative base paper,the surface carboxyl groups increased,significantly improving the permeability.Compared with the untreated group,diluting the impregnating resin and pre-modifying the paper contributed to improve the tensile strength and elongation at break of the impregnated decorative paper.However,plasma treatment introduced more hydrophilic groups on the paper surface,reducing the surface contact angle of the impregnated decorative paper.In conclusion,diluting the impregnating resin and pre-modifying the paper,the permeability of resin in the paper layer was improved.Among these methods,resin dilution and plasma treatment were effective means to enhance the permeability of waterborne polyacrylate in decorative base paper,which was conducive to the high-quality development of formaldehyde-free decorative paper.
