摘 要:为评价不同种源砂地柏的抗旱性,本研究以内蒙古、青海、陕西、宁夏、新疆5个种源、3年生砂地柏扦插苗为试验材料,采用盆栽控水的方法,分别测定了叶片含水量(LWC)、叶绿素(CHL)含量、游离脯氨酸(PRO)含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量(SS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性等指标的变化规律,运用隶属函数法进行抗旱性综合评价。结果表明:青海、内蒙古、陕西、宁夏、新疆5个种源砂地柏隶属函数值分别为0.518、0.396、0.440、0.437和0.550,其中新疆种源砂地柏居第1位,抗旱性最强;内蒙古种源砂地柏抗旱性最弱。抗旱能力依次为新疆种源砂地柏>青海种源砂地柏>陕西种源砂地柏>宁夏种源砂地柏>内蒙古种源砂地柏。In order to evaluate the drought resistance of Juniperus sabina with different provenances,the cuttings of 3 year old Juniperus sabina with 5 provenances from Neimeng,Qinghai,Shanxi,Ningxia and Xinjiang were used as experimental materials,and potted water control method was adopted.The leaf water content(LWC),chlorophyll(CHL)content,free proline(PRO)content,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,soluble sugar content(SS)content,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and peroxidase(POD)activity were measured respectively,and the membership function method was used to evaluate the drought resistance of the leaves.The results showed that the membership function values of the five provenances of Qinghai,Neimeng,Shaanxi,Ningxia and Xinjiang were 0.518,0.396,0.440,0.437 and 0.550,respectively.The membership function value of Xinjiang was 0.550,ranking the first with the strongest drought resistance.The membership function value of Juniperus sabina from Inner Mongolia provenance is 0.396,indicating the weakest drought resistance.The drought resistance was in the order of Xinjiang provenance>Qinghai provenance>Shaanxi provenance>Ningxia provenance>Neimeng provenance.
