摘  要:为了提高戈壁荒漠干旱条件下梭梭栽植的成活率,并有效促进地上部快速生长,本研究以梭梭种苗为试材,通过设置4种生根配方,研究不同生根配方处理下梭梭成活率和苗期生长状况。结果表明,碧护(赤·吲乙·芸苔)+途保利、籽特蓬和生根粉处理的梭梭种苗成活率均有不同程度提高,以碧护(赤·吲乙·芸苔)+途保利成活率提高幅度最大,为28.89%;碧护(赤·吲乙·芸苔)+途保利、籽特蓬、生根粉处理使梭梭植株冠幅提高了3.67~15.0 cm,新梢长度提高了5.11~14.72 cm,其中碧护(赤·吲乙·芸苔)+途保利处理方法对植株冠幅和新梢长度的影响显著高于对照CK(p<0.05)。使用碧护(赤·吲乙·芸苔)+途保利处理对于提高梭梭栽植成活率、促进地上部快速生长效果最佳,籽特蓬处理次之,生根粉处理效果最差。In order to improve the survival rate of Haloxylon ammodendron planting under arid conditions in the Gobi Desert and effectively promote rapid growth of aboveground parts,Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings were applied as test materials and the survival rate and seedling growth status of Haloxylon ammodendron under different rooting formulas were observed.The results showed that the survival rate of Haloxylon ammodendron seedlings treated with BiHu+DOBOGENIA,ZTB,and rooting powder all increased to varying degrees,with BiHu+DOBOGENIA showing the largest increase in survival rate,reaching 28.89%;the treatment of BiHu+DOBOGENIA,ZTP,and rooting powder increased the crown width of Haloxylon ammodendron plants by 3.67~15.0 cm and the new shoots length by 5.11~14.72 cm.Among them,the effect of BiHu+DOBOGENIA treatment on plant crown width and new shoot length was significantly higher than that of the control CK(p<0.05).Overall,the use of BiHu+DOBOGENIA treatment had the best effect on improving the survival rate of Haloxylon ammodendron planting and promoting rapid growth of aboveground parts,followed by the ZTP treatment,and the rooting powder treatment had the worst effect.
