摘　　要：本研究以地径为10~15 mm和16~21 mm的钟花樱为砧木,‘国泰’樱和‘状元’樱为接穗进行嫁接试验,统计嫁接成活率及接口愈合情况,并测量嫁接苗株高和接口径大小。结果表明:以钟花樱作砧木嫁接的‘国泰’樱成活率和生长情况均优于‘状元’樱,‘国泰’樱嫁接宜选择地径为16~21 mm的钟花樱砧木,‘状元’樱嫁接宜选择地径为10~15 mm的钟花樱砧木;速生期是整个苗木生长过程的关键时期,该时期生长量占总生长量的57.86%~58.64%,‘国泰’樱嫁接苗的株高和接口径速生期生长量均较‘状元’樱嫁接苗高。In this study,the Cerasus campanulata with sizes of 10~15 mm and 16~21 mm were used as rootstocks,and Cerasus campanulata‘Guotai’and Cerasus campanulata‘Zhuangyuan’were used as scions for grafting tests,and the grafting survival rate and interface healing were counted,and the plant height and ground diameter size of the grafted seedlings were measured.The results showed that the survival rate and growth of Cerasus campanulata‘Guotai’grafted with Cerasus campanulata as rootstock were better than those of Cerasus campanulata‘Zhuangyuan’,and the rootstock of Cerasus campanulata with a ground diameter of 16~21 mm should be selected for grafting of Cerasus campanulata‘Guotai’,and the rootstock of Cerasus campanulata with a ground diameter of 10~15 mm should be selected for grafting of Cerasus campanulata‘Zhuangyuan’.The fast-growing period was the key period of the whole seedling growth process,and its growth rate accounted for 57.86%~58.64%of the total growth.The plant height and ground diameter growth of Cerasus campanulata‘Guotai’grafted seedlings were higher than those of Cerasus campanulata‘Zhuangyuan’grafted seedlings.
