摘　　要：该文着重对高校实验室安全管理进行了研究,尤其对以风险评估为基础的管理方法进行了探讨。首先,系统性地分析高校实验室安全管理现状,重点突出实验室环境、设备及人员3个核心风险领域。其次,构建由风险识别、分析和评估等主要步骤组成的风险评估模型,尤其是运用定性和定量两种分析方法来综合评估各种风险要素,并根据评估结果,提出相应风险等级的划分准则。最后,对以风险评估为核心的实验室安全管理策略做了进一步研究,主要包括风险控制和预防措施的落实、优化安全管理制度和构建安全文化的方法。以期通过这些手段,提高高校实验室安全管理整体效率,保障学生与教师安全。This paper focuses on the study of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities,especially the management methods based on risk assessment.First,the current status of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities is systematically analyzed,with emphasis on the three core risk areas of laboratory environment,equipment and personnel.Then,a risk assessment model consisting of the main steps of risk identification,analysis and evaluation is constructed,especially the use of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to comprehensively evaluate various risk factors,and according to the evaluation results,the corresponding risk level classification criteria are proposed.Then,the laboratory safety management strategy with risk assessment as the core is further studied,mainly including the implementation of risk control and preventive measures,the optimization of safety management system and the construction of safety culture.Through these means,the purpose is to promote the overall efficiency of laboratory safety management in colleges and universities and the safety of students and teachers.
