摘　　要：身处人工智能、大数据等信息技术飞速发展的科技时代,创新无疑是引领发展的第一动力,知识产权法作为鼓励创新发展及保护创新的制度保障尤为重要。大学生作为民族振兴的希望,理应掌握知识产权法律相关知识。文章从知识产权法蕴含的思政内涵出发,结合实践案例,论证知识产权法融入高校思政教育的必要性,探讨知识产权法融入高校思政教育的可行性路径,从而增强大学生知识产权思维意识,加快推进知识产权强国建设。In the era of rapid development of information technology such as artificial intelligence and big data,innovation is undoubtedly the first driving force for development.Intellectual property law is particularly important as an institutional guarantee to encourage innovation and protect innovation.As the hope of national rejuvenation,college students should master the relevant knowledge of intellectual property law.Starting from the ideological and political connotations contained in intellectual property law,combined with practical cases,this paper demonstrates the necessity of integrating intellectual property law into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and explores the feasibility of integrating intellectual property law into ideological and political education in colleges and universities,in order to promote the improvement of college students’thinking and awareness of intellectual property,and accelerate the construction of a leading country in intellectual property.
