摘　　要：随着移动网络的不断发展,社交媒体已充分融入大学生的日常生活,成为获取就业信息的重要平台。大学生合理利用社交媒体获取职业信息,能更好地完成职业生涯规划,对于明确就业目标、提升个人就业能力有着重要意义。但是在社交媒体的使用过程中,也存在一些因素干扰大学生顺利开展职业生涯规划。该文旨在通过分析社交媒体对于大学生开展职业生涯规划的利弊,探讨大学生如何正确通过社交媒体更好地完善职业生涯规划,以及高校如何将社交媒体更好地融入职业生涯规划课程体系与就业服务工作中,帮助大学生更好地完成职业生涯规划,实现就业目标。With the continuous development of mobile network,social media has been fully integrated into the daily life of college students,and has become an important platform for obtaining employment information.Reasonable use of social media to obtain career information can help college students better complete career planning,which is of great significance for clarifying employment goals and improving personal employability.However,in the process of using social media,there are also some factors that interfere with college students’smooth career planning.This paper aims to analyze the pros and cons of social media for college students to carry out career planning,explore how college students can better improve career planning through social media,and how colleges and universities can better integrate social media into career planning curriculum system and employment services,so as to help college students better complete career planning and achieve employment goals.
