长江经济带数字基础设施建设对旅游经济韧性的影响

摘　　要：数字基础设施是经济社会发展的新动脉,是经济发展的新动能,对提升旅游经济韧性意义重大。本文基于2011—2021年长江经济带108个城市的面板数据,采用固定效应、中介效应和门槛效应模型,实证检验数字基础设施建设对旅游经济韧性的影响效应与作用机制。研究发现:(1)长江经济带数字基础设施建设对旅游经济韧性具有显著影响,且可以通过促进产业结构升级、旅游企业创新能力、人力资本水平来提升旅游经济韧性。(2)异质性检验表明,数字基础设施建设对长江经济带旅游经济韧性的影响会因地理位置的不同而有所差异,与长江经济带的上游地区相比,长江经济带中、下游地区的数字基础设施建设对旅游经济韧性促进作用更为显著。(3)数字基础设施建设对旅游经济韧性的影响具有非线性特征。当门槛阈值低于-3.397时,数字经济基础设施建设对旅游经济韧性的促进作用显著;当门槛阈值在-3.397和-1.312之间时,促进作用开始减弱;而当门槛阈值高于-1.312时,促进作用再次增强。Digital infrastructure is a new artery that connects economic and social development,a new driving force for economic development,and of great significance for enhancing the resilience of the tourism economy.Based on the panel data of 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2011—2021,this paper empirically tests the impact and mechanism of digital infrastructure construction on the resilience of the tourism economy by using fixed effect,mediation effect and threshold effect models.The research finds that:(1)the digital infrastructure construction in the Yangtze River Economic Belt has a significant impact on the resilience of the tourism economy,and can be improved by promoting industrial structure upgrading,regional innovation capabilities,and human capital levels;(2)heterogeneity test shows that the impact of digital infrastructure on the resilience of the tourism economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt varies according to geographical location,and compared with the upper reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,the digital infrastructure construction in the middle and lower reaches has a more significant promoting effect on the resilience of the tourism economy;(3)the impact of digital infrastructure construction on the resilience of the tourism economy has non-linear characteristics.When the threshold is below-3.397,the promoting effect of the digital infrastructure on the resilience of the tourism economy is significant;between-3.397 and-1.312,the promoting effect begins to weaken;above of the digital infrastructure-1.312,the promoting effect is further enhanced.
