摘　　要：为了探讨贵州农业高质量发展内在机制,本文基于数字平台赋能视角,采用赋能理论和价值共创理论,通过引入价值共创的中介变量,以及平台治理的调节变量去解释数字平台赋能作用于贵州农业高质量发展的内在机理,并提出相关的命题。通过采用扎根理论分析方法对N企业案例进行分析,结果发现:(1)数字平台赋能通过数字基础设施和数字技术的使用促进贵州农业高质量发展;(2)数字平台赋能通过资源整合和互动合作的价值共创过程推动贵州农业高质量发展,在数字平台赋能作用于贵州农业高质量发展机理中,价值共创过程主要由资源整合和互动合作两个部分组成,其中互动合作过程体现为企业平台与生产者、互补者和消费者间的信息互动和数据交换;(3)平台治理体现为平台企业通过管控的方式去约束和激励参与者的行为,从而为平台上的利益相关者进行价值共创提供良好的平台生态环境,平台治理水平越高,则数字平台赋能对利益相关者间价值共创的促进作用就越大。In order to explore the internal mechanism of high-quality development of agriculture in Guizhou,base on the perspective of digital platform empowerment,this research adopts the empowerment theory and the value co-creation theory,and introduces the mediating variables of value co-creation and the moderating variables of platform governance,so as to explain the internal mechanism of digital platform empowerment on the high-quality development of agriculture in Guizhou,and puts forward relevant propositions.The collected case information is analyzed through N enterprise case by adopting the rooted theory analysis method.The case study finds that:(1)digital platform empowerment promotes the high-quality development of agriculture in Guizhou through the use of digital infrastructure and digital technology;(2)digital platform empowerment promotes the high-quality development of agriculture in Guizhou through the value co-creation process of resource integration and interactive cooperation,and in the mechanism of the effect of digital platform empowerment on the high-quality development of agriculture in Guizhou,the value co-creation process mainly consists of resource integration and interactive cooperation,in which the interactive cooperation process is reflected in the information interaction and data exchange between the enterprise platform and the producer,the complementator and the consumer;(3)platform governance is reflected in the way that platform enterprises restrict and motivate the behaviors of participants through control,so as to provide a good platform ecological environment for the value co-creation of stakeholders on the platform,and the higher the level of platform governance,the greater the role of digital platform empowerment in promoting value co-creation among stakeholders.
