数字经济推动产业结构优化的机制研究——基于技术创新的中介效应和门槛效应分析

摘　　要：选取“数字经济发展—技术创新—产业结构优化”这一逻辑为研究主体,实证探究数字经济对产业结构优化的影响效应及作用机制。研究发现:数字经济发展能够通过提高技术创新水平助力产业结构优化,当技术创新水平跨过门槛值时,数字经济发展对产业结构优化的促进作用减弱;从地区异质性角度来看,中部地区数字经济发展影响产业结构优化的总效用水平和技术创新带来的中介效应较东西部地区更为突出。研究旨在为更好地发挥数字经济发展对产业结构的优化作用提供政策启示。Based on the limited scale of industrial market demand,this study points out that the further development of the digital economy may lead to the contradiction between the high growth of the technological level of the industrial sector and the slow growth of the industrial sector and then hinder the optimization process of the industrial structure.The results show that:the development of digital economy plays a positive role in the optimization of industrial structure,but its effect presents a nonlinear characteristic of“first enhancing and then weakening”;the intermediary mechanism test finds that the development of the digital economy will also help to achieve the optimization of the industrial structure by improving the level of technological innovation;the sub-regional analysis shows that the total utility level of the development of digital economy in the central region and the intermediary effect of technological innovation on the optimization of industrial structure are more prominent than those in the eastern and western regions.This paper provides important policy implications for better playing the role of digital economy development in optimizing industrial structure.
