摘 要:在我国如今大力提倡加快发展新质生产力,扎实推进高质量发展,重点着力做好创新这篇大文章的时代背景下。轨道式巡检机器人应时而生,我国大型建筑如大型水电站、地下电力隧道、城市综合管廊等存在运检效率低、设备种类繁多、工作环境复杂运检风险高等情况,传统的隧道运维方式常常依赖于人工巡检和经验判断,存在效率低下、安全隐患高,无法满足现代运维的要求。机器人在检测方面具有先天优势,其在经济性、稳定性、时效性上得以体现。In the context of China’s current strong push to accelerate the development of new productive forces,promote highquality development,and emphasize innovation as a central focus in this new era,the track-based inspection robot has emerged in response to these needs.Large-scale infrastructure projects in China,such as large hydropower stations,underground power tunnels,and urban integrated utility tunnels,face challenges including low operational inspection efficiency,a wide variety of equipment,complex working environments,and high operational inspection risks.Traditional tunnel operation and maintenance methods often rely on manual inspections and experience-based judgments,leading to inefficiencies,high safety risks,and an inability to meet the demands of modern operation and maintenance.Robots,with their inherent advantages in detection,demonstrate benefits in terms of cost-effectiveness,stability,and timeliness.
