摘 要:城市内涝问题是一个复杂的城市病,它涉及到城市规划、建设、管理和应急响应等多个方面。随着城市化进程的加快,城市内涝问题日益凸显,对城市生命线安全工程提出了更高的要求。目前,在线监测与智能化控制在内涝专项治理的应用已经成为提高城市应对内涝灾害能力的重要手段。本文通过对雨水管网运行负荷动态监测、管网排口堵塞与倒灌动态监测以及泵站运行调控智能化控制等三个城市内涝治理核心方面开展应用研究,基于“在线监测+动态评估+智能化控制”的工作思路,构建城市内涝安全治理智慧化工作场景,探讨其在城市内涝治理方面的应用,为我国城市内涝防治提供技术支持。Urban waterlogging is a complex urban disease that involves multiple aspects such as urban planning,construction,management,and emergency response.With the acceleration of urbanization,the problem of urban waterlogging has become increasingly prominent,and higher requirements have been put forward for the safety engineering of urban lifelines.At present,the application of online monitoring and intelligent control in the special treatment of waterlogging has become an important means to improve the ability of cities to cope with waterlogging disasters.This article conducts applied research on three core aspects of urban waterlogging control,including dynamic monitoring of rainwater pipe network operation load,dynamic monitoring of pipe network outlet blockage and backflow,and intelligent control of pump station operation regulation.Based on the working idea of"online monitoring+dynamic evaluation+intelligent control",a smart working scenario for urban waterlogging safety control is constructed,and its application in urban waterlogging control is explored,providing technical support for urban waterlogging prevention and control in China.
