摘  要:流量脉动是影响泵工作性能的重要因素。以海工装备中的四象限泵应用为背景,提出一种改进的四象限泵预压缩容腔方法来降低流量脉动。以工程中常用的九柱塞40 mL/r排量泵为例,利用AMESim仿真软件建立预压缩容腔九柱塞泵的整体仿真模型,明确预压缩容腔结构的作用机制。在此基础上,提出双阻尼孔通道预压缩容腔结构,并建立相应的AMESim模型,研究改进预压缩容腔结构各参数对四象限泵流量脉动的抑制效果。确定改进预压缩容腔体积为500 mL、阻尼孔C1直径为3 mm、阻尼孔C2直径为2 mm为降低流量脉动的最优参数。最后,仿真分析改进预压缩容腔四象限泵整体转速、斜盘倾角、柱塞倾角、油液特性等关键参数对流量脉动的影响。结果表明:油液含气量特性是对四象限泵流量脉动产生较大影响的要素。与传统四象限泵相比,所提出的改进预压缩容腔四象限泵在抑制流量脉动方面具有更好的效果。Flow pulsation significantly impacts pump performance.Based on the application of four-quadrant pump in offshore equipment,an improved four-quadrant pump pre-compressed chamber method was proposed to reduce the flow pulsation.Taking a 9-plunger 40 mL/r displacement pump commonly used in engineering as an example,the AMESim simulation software was used to establish the overall simulation model of the pre-compressed chamber 9-plunger pump,and the mechanism of the pre-compressed chamber structure was clearly defined.On this basis,the pre-compressed chamber structure with double damping channel was proposed,and the corresponding AMESim model was established to study the suppression effect of the parameters of the improved pre-compressed chamber structure on the flow pulsation of the four-quadrant pump.It is determined that the volume of the improved pre-compressed chamber is 500 mL,and the diameters of the damping holes C1 and C2 are 3 mm and 2 mm,respectively,as the optimal parameters to reduce flow pulsation.Finally,the influence of key parameters such as the rotational speed,swashplate inclination,plunger inclination and oil characteristics on the flow pulsation of the four-quadrant pump was analyzed by simulation.The results show that the gas content characteristics of the oil are the factors that have a great influence on the flow pulsation of the four-quadrant pump.Compared with the traditional four-quadrant pump,the improved pre-compressed chamber four-quadrant pump has a better effect in suppressing flow pulsation.
