摘  要:为了研究轴流式喷泵流体的瞬态特性,利用计算流体动力学对两级轴流泵的流场进行定常和非定常计算分析。通过对设计及大、小流量工况下,两级叶轮和导叶处各监测点的静压分布与压力脉动进行时域和频域分析,发现叶轮表面静压随流量增大而增大,且流速在设计工况下基本稳定,而在变工况下在出口处出现紊乱。此外,流体的压力脉动在前后叶轮处基本呈周期性变化,其频率成分主要为叶轮转频的1、4、8倍频,以及叶轮通频的1、2倍频。In order to investigate the transient dynamic characteristics of axial flow water-jet pump fluid,the steady and unsteady computational analysis for flow field of the two stage axial flow water-jet pump was made by computational fluid dynamics.The time-domain and frequency-domain of pressure pulsation and the static pressure distribution at each monitoring point of the two-stage impeller and guide vanes were analyzed under design conditions and large and small flow conditions.It is found that the static pressure on the surface of the impeller increases with the increase of flow rate,and the flow rate is basically stable under design conditions,while there is disorder at the outlet under variable conditions.In addition,the pressure pulsation of the fluid basically changes periodically at the front and rear impellers,with its frequency components mainly being the 1st,4th and 8th harmonics of the impeller′s rotating frequency,and the 1st and 2nd harmonics of the impeller′s pass frequency.
