摘  要:针对理论计算难以获得外啮合齿轮泵齿轮副变形对泵壳扫膛的问题,利用PumpLinx和ABAQUS进行联合仿真,建立燃油齿轮泵单向流固耦合模型。计算燃油泵齿轮所受径向力及随齿轮转角的变化规律,得到齿轮副在压力载荷和啮合力作用下的力学特性变化,并研究流固耦合作用对齿轮副的变形分布影响。结果表明:流场仿真以及泵壳内壁扫膛的方位与主、从动齿轮所受径向力的方位一致性良好;流固耦合作用对齿轮结构产生较大影响,最大变形均发生在齿轮齿顶中间位置,且计算所得最大扫膛深度与实测平均值大致相同,验证了该模型及计算方法的有效性。For the theoretical calculation is difficult to obtain the deformation of external gear pump gear vice on the pump casing scraping problem,the one-way fluid-solid coupling model of fuel gear pump was established by using PumpLinx and ABAQUS.The radial force on the fuel pump gear and the change law with the gear angle were calculated,the mechanical characteristics of the gear pair under the action of pressure load and meshing force were obtained,and the influence of fluid-solid coupling on the deformation distribution of the gear pair was studied.The results show that the flow field simulation and the orientation of the pump casing inner wall sweep and the radial force on the master and slave gears are in good consistency.Fluid-solid coupling has a greater impact on the gear structure.The maximum deformation occurs in the middle of the gear tooth top position and the maximum calculated scraping depth is roughly the same as the measured average value.The effectiveness of the model and the calculation method is verified.
