摘 要:为验证矿用乳化液泵国产化样机设计方案的可行性,在多学科仿真软件SimulationX中搭建BRW400/37.5H型乳化液泵仿真模型,并对动力端及液力端的动态响应性能开展数字仿真研究。在此基础上,分析配流阀运动特性,确定合理的配流阀结构参数。最后,在试验台上对乳化液泵物理样机进行对标测试。结果表明:吸液阀阀芯直径和排液阀阀芯半锥角对阀芯动态响应影响较明显,在一定范围内增大吸液阀阀芯直径或增大排液阀阀芯半锥角,都会降低阀芯响应速度,减小对阀座的冲击,但会导致阀芯开启和关闭时间延长;吸液阀弹簧刚度和排液阀阀芯直径对阀芯动态响应影响不大,但合理调整吸液阀弹簧刚度有助于提高阀芯运动的平稳性。仿真和试验结果显示:泵出口压力和平均流量相对误差均小于3%,验证了仿真结果的准确性。In order to verify the feasibility of design scheme for the domestically manufactured prototype of a mining emulsion pump,the simulation model of BRW400/37.5H emulsion pump was established with multi-disciplinary simulation software SimulationX,and the dynamic response performance of the driving part and hydraulic part was studied by digital simulation.On this basis,the motion characteristics of the valve were analyzed,and the reasonable structural parameters of the valve were determined.Finally,a prototype of the emulsion pump was manufactured and a calibration test was carried out to verify the correctness of the simulation results and design parameters.The results show that diameter of suction valve spool and half cone angle of discharge valve spool have a significant impact on the dynamic response of the valve.If the spool diameter of suction valve or the half cone angle is increased within a certain range,the response speed of the valve will be reduced and the impact on the valve seat will be decreased,but the opening and closing time of the valve will be prolonged.The spring stiffness of suction valve and diameter of discharge valve spool have little effect on the dynamic response of the valve spool,but reasonable adjustment of spring stiffness of suction valve is helpful to improve the smoothness of valve spool movement.Simulation and test results show that the relative errors of pump outlet pressure and mean flow rate are less than 3%,which verifies the accuracy of the simulation results.
