摘 要:在广东省“百县千镇万村高质量发展工程”(简称“百千万工程”)的背景下,基于要素禀赋理论、资源配置理论,深入探讨数字商务如何赋能现代乡村服务业的发展路径。通过以清远为例,结合清远一、二、三产融合,以文化、旅游、农村特色产业新要素为资源,通过数字商务驱动的乡村服务业发展路径,提出发挥资源优势,打造特色品牌,形成“一地一景,一村一品”等一系列具体的数字商务应用策略,旨在促进乡村服务业的效率提升、质量的改善和创新能力的增强。有望通过现代乡村服务业高质量发展,进而实现乡村振兴。Against the backdrop of the"Hundred Counties,Thousand Towns and Myriad Villages High-Quality Development Project"(referred to as the"Hundred-Thousand-Myriad Project")in Guangdong Province,based on factor endowment theory and resource allocation theory,this paper discusses in depth how digital commerce can empower the development path.Taking Qingyuan as an example,combining the integration of Qingyuan's primary,secondary and tertiary industries,taking new elements of culture,tourism,and rural characteristic industries as resources,and through the development path of the rural service industry driven by digital commerce,it is proposed to give full play to resource advantages and create characteristic brands to form a series of specific digital commerce application strategies such as"one place,one scene,one village,one product"aim to promote the efficiency improvement,quality improvement and innovation capabilities of the rural service industry.It is expected to achieve rural revitalization through high-quality development of modern rural service industries.
