农村电子政务服务平台的现实困境及优化路径

摘　　要：随着大数据、云计算的不断发展与应用,大数据渗透到方方面面中,其中数字政府也在不断发展,电子政务在提高政府服务效能方面发挥着重要的作用。基于电子政务平台在农村的发展和应用,发现城乡差距较大,农村数字化发展基础较弱;工作人员对电子政务服务平台的认识不足;群众对电子政务服务平台的参与度不高等问题。应对上述问题该文提出以下对策,需要加强基础设施建设,提升农村数字化水平;加强人才队伍建设,提升工作人员能力;加强群众的数字素养。以期有效推动农村电子政务服务平台的发展,进而促进数字化乡村治理的深入实施。With the continuous development and application of big data and cloud computing,big data has penetrated into all aspects.Among them,digital government is also constantly developing.E-government plays an important role in improving the efficiency of government services.Based on the development and application of e-government platforms in rural areas,it is found that there is a large gap between urban and rural areas,and the foundation for rural digital development is weak;staff members have insufficient understanding of e-government service platforms;and people's low participation in e-government service platforms.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes the following countermeasures:It is necessary to improve infrastructure construction and improve the level of rural digitalization;enhance the construction of talent teams and improve staff capabilities;and strengthen the digital literacy of the masses,in order to effectively promote the development of rural e-government service platforms and further promote the in-depth implementation of digital rural governance.
