城乡融合发展:统筹新型城镇化与乡村全面振兴

摘　　要：城乡融合发展是中国式现代化的必然要求,以人为本的新型城镇化和乡村全面振兴是推动城乡融合发展的关键。在旧有城乡发展模式的影响下,城乡融合发展仍面临诸多挑战,统筹新型城镇化和乡村全面振兴必须坚持以人为本、遵循规律、分类施策和集约高效的总要求,加快实现城乡融合发展。推进以县域为核心的新型城镇化,推动乡村全面振兴,并在城乡融合发展中加以信息技术的应用,将有效促进城乡要素的平等交换、双向流动,为城乡融合发展的体制机制完善提供关键支持。Integrated urban and rural development is an inevitable requirement of China's modernization.People-oriented new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization are the key to promoting integrated urban and rural development.Under the influence of the old urban and rural development model,the integrated development of urban and rural areas still faces many challenges.Coordinating new urbanization and comprehensive rural revitalization must adhere to the general requirements of being people-oriented,following rules,classified policies,intensive and efficient,and accelerate the realization of integrated urban and rural development.Promoting new urbanization with counties as the core,promoting comprehensive revitalization of rural areas,and applying information technology in the integrated development of urban and rural areas will effectively promote the equal exchange and two-way flow of urban and rural factors,so as to provide key support for the improvement of institutional mechanisms for integrated urban and rural development.
